For the majority of last year’s historic season, the Hawks did not have many weaknesses. One of the few weaknesses was depth at the SF position. Thabo Sefolosha was the only reserve the Hawks had at the wing position. The Hawks are looking at bringing in Wesley Johnson to fill that hole.

Johnson is a great perimeter player who averaged 9.9 PPG, 1.6 APG, and 4.2 RPG with the Lakers last season. Johnson would not cost much to bring in, and would put in essential minutes at the SF position.

The Hawks have had a pretty good offseason so far. Hopefully the success with carry on into the regular season.
