Hawks Game 6 Preview

Tonight, the Atlanta Hawks take on the Washington Wizards in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals. The Hawks enter tonight with a 3-2 series advantage, giving them the opportunity to win the series. Al Horford’s buzzer beater in Game 5 is sending the Hawks into Game 6 with a lot of momentum.
In order to win tonight, the Hawks will need to contain Washington’s backcourt of John Wall and Bradley Beal. This will be Wall’s second game back from an injury to his left wrist. Wall was heavily favoring his right hand last game, so forcing him to his left would be a wise decision for the Hawks. Beal has been dominating this series and nobody on the Hawks seems to be capable of stopping him.
The Hawks also need to limit turnovers and win the rebound battle. Protecting the ball has been a problem for the Hawks this postseason. In every game this series, the Hawks have committed 10 or more turnovers. Last game, the Hawks had an outrageous 23 turnovers. As for rebounding, the Hawks have produced solid numbers and won every game that they led in rebounding.
