Hawks vs Wizards Game 5 Preview

Tonight, the #1 seed Hawks come back to Atlanta to take on the #5 seed Wizards in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals. The series is tied 2-2 which makes this a must win game for the Hawks.
John Wall is listed as a game-time decision as of right now and could be the difference in a Hawks win or Hawks loss. Wall plans to test his wrist before the game and see if he feels confident enough in his play. The Wizards are undefeated (5-0) in the playoffs with Wall in the lineup.
The Hawks are looking like they have finally gotten back to the level of play that we saw earlier this season. Jeff Teague ended a major shooting slump after dropping 26 points in Game 4. Paul Millsap says the team needs to “attack and stay aggressive” in order to win.
Containing Bradley Beal will be at the top of the to-do list for the Hawks as he has scored over 15 points in every game this series. Rebounding will also be a major factor in the game because the team with the most rebounds has won 3 of 4 games this series (Game 4 being the exception).
The Hawks must play their best basketball now in the pivotal Game 5. If Wall is out (which he says he is unsure if he will play), the Hawks have a perfect opportunity to go up 3-2 in the series. Tune into TNT at 8 pm ET to watch the game or listen on 92.9 The Game if you’re in the Atlanta area. Go Hawks!
