The Atlanta Falcons has signed third round pick Tevin Coleman to a Four Year Deal worth $2,280,000.
Coleman was drafted 73rd overall from Indiana University. He was drafted to become a major threat in the Falcons running game, as Steven Jackson is aging, and following the release of Jacquizz Rodgers. He will be a major role in the running game, alongside Devonta Freeman.
Coleman is 5’11 and 206 pounds. He will make a great back for play caller Kyle Shanahan’s zone base ground attack.
In an interview after the draft, Coleman says ” I’m going to come in, and i’m going to get a starting spot.”
Tevin Coleman was a great mid round pickup in the draft, and I can’t wait to see him run the ball.
Let’s Go Falcons!
